Currently I am in the process of reviewing <br /> reimbursement request for the above ref case/claim. <br /> Apparently,they had received some sort of approval letter from the county in 2009 about reduced <br /> GWM (twice a year). I think that is similar to what the State Board had done back in 2008 or 2009 <br /> time frame (reduced GWM frequency from 4 times to twice a year) (if I am not mistaken). <br /> If they are required to do GWM only twice a year, are they required to submit some sort of report <br /> for remaining Qs when they do not do GWM? They have been charging claimants for doing 2 page <br /> reports for Qs when they are not doing GWM.
