Who at the consultant is writing and
reviewing it(staff, principals, etc.),and how many hours are they charging for labor on the report?
Should be a breakdown.
Thanks.
Jim Barton
James L. Hey, I am working with the USTCF. Currently I am in the process of reviewing
reimbursement request for the above ref case/claim.
Apparently, they had received some sort of approval letter from the county in 2009 about reduced GWM
(twice a year). I think that is similar to what the State Board had done back in 2008 or 2009 time frame
(reduced GWM frequency from 4 times to twice a year) (if I am not mistaken).
If they are required to do GWM only twice a year, are they required to submit some sort of report for
remaining Qs when they do not do GWM? They have been charging claimants for doing 2 page reports
for Qs when they are not doing GWM. They are charging$400 for that 2 page generic standard
document.
Just wanted to get some feedback from you.
Jatin
11/5/2012
