You requested we <br /> sample two sentinel wells for the domestic well protection. We concur and propose to sample SW-101 <br /> and MW-7, both are down gradient of the contaminant source and up gradient of the domestic wells on <br /> 314413 Hwy 33 and 1694 Durham Ferry Road. The domestic well at 1600 Durham Ferry Road is not used <br /> and has not been for several years. <br /> In preparation for remedial Action installation,we propose to take this in phases. This is mainly to stay <br /> within budget, which is very limited for this year. The first phase will include the following: <br /> 1. Prepare a Phase One installation plan for your approval <br /> 2. To include air sparging in bio-treatment mode and/or vapor extraction <br /> 3. Permits <br /> 4. Equipment installation <br /> 5. 0&M <br /> 6. GW monitoring of SW-101 & MW-7 to be performed in March or April 2012 <br /> 8/30/2011 <br />
