Soil Sampling
Select soil samples will be collected in 6.0-inch brass liners using a 2.0-inch modified California
split spoon sampler. All soil samples will be sealed with Teflon, capped with plastic end caps,
labeled and placed in a cooler at 4° Celsius for transport to a California certified laboratory under
Chain of Custody procedures. Since all three (3) wells will be installed within the excavation
backfill, soil samples will be collected for laboratory analysis and lithology at depths beneath the
bottom of the excavation. These soil samples will be analyzed for TPH-g & BTEX constituents
by EPA method 8260B.
Attached are the laboratory results from the January 2013 and May 2013 groundwater sampling
events, plus a revised Table 1 with the added units.
Please let me know if you have any questions and I look forward to hearing from you regarding
this proposal. Thank you very much.
Respectfully submitted,
Digitally byFayn Id SpNAL G
o FO
Ra no N:cr y la Kabl o ( 1Q
Ka b a ` - 1 61
tmail=g'@gtienvcom,c= 5 RAYNOL I.
