CT00togccat To Ch Accs /a C. <br />' 1101 7 h Street <br /> Modesto Cahromia 95354 <br /> 1 (209)522-41191 Fax(209)522-4227 <br /> 1 REPORT <br /> 1 Groundwater Monitoring <br /> 3rd Quarter 2005 <br /> 1 George's Service <br /> 1.600 Durham Ferry Road <br /> 1 Tracy, California <br /> Project No 425 2 <br /> 1 November 8, 2005 <br /> EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> The site, located at the intersection of Highway 33 and Durham Ferry Road (Figure 1); has <br /> been owned and operated by George and Mei Teranishm since the 1940's as an automobile <br /> repair facility and market Gasoline was sold at the site until 1990, when the tanks were <br />' removed This report summarizes the P Quarter 2005 groundwater monitoring and <br /> sampling event that was completed on July 20, 2005 <br /> The four zones at the site showed the following general characteristics <br /> 1 Zane A wells —Bearing and slope were Nl0°E and 0 0020 ft/ft, respectively Five of <br />' the eight monitoring wells in this zone showed the presence of analyzed constituents <br /> 2 Zone B wells - Bearing and slope were N32'E and 0 0206 ft/ft, respectively One of <br /> the three analyzed monitoring wells in this zone showed the presence of MtBE <br />' 3 Zones C wells - Bearing and slope were N67W and 0 0023 ft/ft, respectively The <br /> bearing is suspect because the three wells monitored in this zone lie nearly in a <br /> straight line The two monitoring wells sampled in this zone were non-detect above <br /> 1 laboratory reporting limits for all analyzed constituents <br /> 4 Zones D well - Bearing and slope cannot be calculated because there is only one well <br /> In this zone The monitoring well was not sampled during this monitoring event <br /> 5 The vertical component of groundwater flow is predominantly in the upward <br /> direction <br /> I <br />
