The technician noted that the wells exhibited good recharge. On November 5, 2003, Del-Tech personnel arrived on site and developed two newly installed groundwater-monitoring wells (MW-2X and MW-106). All water removed from the monitoring well and not used as a sample was placed in a 55 gallon DOT approved container that is properly labeled and temporarily stored on-site. GPS Survey '— On December 11, 2002, Thompson-Hysell Engineers and GTI personnel mobilized to the site to survey the monitoring wells in accordance to AB2886. The land surveyor data is included as Appendix E. The survey data was converted to decimal degrees and the data has been submitted electronically to GeoTracker as required under A132886. The data was uploaded to GeoTracker on February 10, 2004, and the confirmation number for the XY data is 9996494889 and for the Z data is 9047413468. SoiI and Water Disposal On November 25, 2003, GTI and American Valley Oil Company arrived on site and removed 275 gallons of water stored in DOT approved poly drums. On January 3, 2004, Del-Tech personnel arrived on-site to supervise the removal of soil ...� cuttings stored in drums from the installation of the monitoring wells. 3.0 RESULTS OF INVESTIGATION +� Summary analytical data tables are included in Appendix A. Laboratory Data Sheets are included in Appendix B. Borehole logs are included in Appendix C and the Groundwater Monitoring Field Monitoring Summary Report is included in Appendix D. GPS data gathered from a licensed land surveyor is included as Appendix E. A vicinity map is attached as Figure 1 and a site map with line of section for a cross section view is included as Figure 2. The cross section view is attached as Figure 3. A groundwater contour map from data gathered on January 3, 2004 is included as Figure 4 and Figure 5 is a rose diagram showing historical groundwater bearing and slope.
