The test was postponed due to <br /> technical considerations. The emissions from this test were to be controlled using a <br /> portable internal combustion engine. <br /> We are currently scheduling completion of this test. After careful consideration we <br /> have determined that the operational constraints of the IC engine will not facilitate <br /> effective test completion, and we request that the AFCD allow us to conduct the test <br /> using two drums of carbon (in series) for vapor mitigation, instead of the originally <br /> contemplated method. <br /> The test is anticipated to be 4-6 hours in length, with an anticipated air flow rate of <br /> less than 50 scfm. Please respond at your earliest convenience. If you have any <br /> questions regarding the proposed approach modification,- or if I may provide <br /> additional information, please do not hesitate to call.
