I appreciate you working <br /> with me to schedule a meeting for next Monday, as it appears as if.we share a <br /> number of issues that are in need of discussion. As you suggested, I have asked Ms. <br /> 'Brooke Birkie of Neumiller and Beardslee to accompany me to the meeting. <br /> Unfortunately, Ms. Birkie has a scheduling conflict, and cannot be in Stockton on <br /> Monday. As I agree that her attendance is important, I would like to schedule our <br /> meeting for later in the week, your schedule permitting. Please phone at your <br /> convenience to let me know what works for you. <br /> Also in accordance with your suggestion, I have canceled the testing that had been <br /> scheduled to commence on Monday. I will contact the vendors after we have had <br /> our meeting to determine equipment availability. As we have discussed previously, <br /> it will probably not be possible to arrange for equipment rental for several weeks. <br /> It is unforhuiate that we were not able to discuss the technical aspects of the pilot <br /> test in detail this week. We first spoke on Monday regarding the Content of my <br /> phone calls and letters (letters dated May 1 and May 9, 1995) as they pertained to the <br /> implementation of the approved pilot soil, vapor/groundwater extraction and air <br /> sparging pilot testing. You indicated that you had been out of the office recently and <br /> had not had a chance to review what I had submitted. We arranged a Tuesday <br /> telephone discussion. <br /> When we spoke on Tuesday you indicated that a.Wednesday afternoon phone <br /> conversation (around 1 PM) would fit in your schedule, and asked that I fax <br /> additional- (in addition to the information provided in my May 9 letter) data <br /> regarding recovery well yield and oxygen nue-asuzernents in existing vapor extraction <br /> wells.
