Iliett , who has been appointed by the Pulaski Probate Court at Little Rock, Arkansas as the Executrix of the estate of her deceased husband, Eugene 11 . Hiett . Mr . Riett , who resided at 3 Martin Lane , North Little Rock, Arkansas 72118, died, testate , in Pulaski County, Arkansas on July 1 , 1992 . In this connection, your letter addressed to the decedent (Eugene Hiett) c/o Betty Jean Hiett (Heathcock) his daughter, 3 Martin Lane, Little Rock, Arkansas 72118 , has been referred to me for reply and appropriate attention. The Executrix is not familiar with the claim which you mention in your letter and, therefore , denies any liability or responsibility for the payment of same . Therefore , if you wish to pursue this matter and process your dlaim, you should take appropriate action to comply with the Arkansas Probate Code and appropriate laws of the State of Arkansas for process- ing unliquidated claims against the estate of a decedent. In this connection, you are informed that the only assets of the estate , known to us , at this time , is a 1988 Chevrolet Suburban Tailgate and the homestead, occupied by the widow and claimed as her homestead. It is doubtful to the undersigned that there would be any assets with which to pay your claim, if allowed, but you should take any action deemed advisable to you . You may obtain a copy of the death certificate of Mr. Riett from the Arkansas Department of Health, Bureau of Vital Records , 4815 West Markham Street , Little Rock, Arkansas 72205 .
