World Wide Web With the following provisions,the total cost pre-approved for completing the November 12, 1996, http:llwww.swrcb.ca, govi--ewphome/ Clear Water Group,Inc.workplan approved by the San Joaquin County EHD (County) in their January fundhome.htm 3, 1997 letter, is $53,210; see the table below for a breakdown of costs. In line item IIA Equipment Purchase and Rental, additional information, i.e.,rental contracts and purchase prices, are needed to justify reasonable and necessary costs. Once the review of the submitted additional documentation is completed, a supplementary pre-approval of this request will be made accordingly for this p-o on of the costs. Additionally,the request is pre-approved with the provision that the system e6ectivene e evaluated on a quarterly basis and a copy of that result be submitted to the County and the Fund for reviews. Be aware that this pre-approval does not constitute a decision on reimbursement: all reasonable and necessary corrective action costs for work directed and approved by the County will be eligible for i reimbursement per the terms of your Letter of Commitment at costs consistent with those pre-approved in this letter. • The actual costs and scope of work performed must be consistent with the pre-approval for it to remain valid. • The work products must be acceptable to the County and the Regional Water Quality Control Board. • If a different scope of work becomes necessary,then you must request pre-approval of costs on the new scope of work. • Although I have referred to the Clear Water Group, Inc. proposal in my pre-approval above,please be aware that you will be entering into a private contract: the State of California cannot compel you to sign any specific contract.
