A continuous recording device shall 6e utilized to document the combustion chamber t�oerature during system operation. [District Rule 2201] 1 The remediation system shall not be operated unless the combustion chamber is at or above the minimum operating temperature. The system shall automaticall terminate operation if the temperature dror below the minimum operating temperature. [District Rule 22011 15. The minimum operating temperature for the combustion chamber of the catalytic oxidizer shall be 600 degrees F. [District Rule 201] 16. The total VOC emission rate from the remediation system served by the catalytic oxidizer shall not exceed 14.3 pounds in any one day. [District Rule 22011 17. A minimum of two carbon canisters which are connected in series shall be utilized. [District Rule 2201- 18. 20118. The carbon canisters removed from the system shall be sealed vapor tight. [District Rule 22011 19. Neither the soil ventilation rate or the effluent gas flow rate shall exceed 250 scfm when utilizing carbor canisters. [District Rule 220 1] 20.
