Time In: 12:30 pm <br /> Time Out: 1:30 om <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: LOCKEFORD MEAT SERVICE Date: 05/28/2019 <br /> Address: 19775 COTTON ST, LOCKEFORD 95237 <br /> Owner/Operator: PETTERSEN, ROBERT J Telephone: (209)727-5584 <br /> Program Element: 1600-FOOD PROGRAM Complaint#: C00049855 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> COMPLAINANT STATES A COUPLE OF GIRLS THAT WORK BEHIND THE COUNTER HAVE 3" LONG NAILS AND ARE <br /> NOT WEARING GLOVES WHEN THEY PICK UP THE SAUSAGE. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #5 Hands Clean/Properly Washed/Proper Glove Use Major <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Employees are not washing hands between tasks and I observe an employee,with long nails,touching <br /> money then food without washing hands and without wearing gloves.. Stop this practice and start washing hands between <br /> tasks from today. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Employees are required to wash their hands:before beginning work before handling food/equipment/ <br /> utensils as often as necessary, during food preparation, to remove soil and contamination when switching from working with raw to ready <br /> to eat foods,after touching body parts after using toilet room or any time when contamination may occur. (113952, 113953.3, 113953.4, <br /> 113961, 113968, 113973(b-f)) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> As per owner, he is not aware of the complaint. During my visit, I observed employees, touching money with bare hands,then <br /> helping the next customer without washing their hands with soap and hot water. They are using sanitizer gel only.
