I have included a screenshot of the program in CERS. <br /> Under the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Act section the APSA Facility Information and the Aboveground Petroleum <br /> Storage Act Documentation need to be submitted. Please follow the directions found on the top of the page for the <br /> APSA Facility Information section. <br /> I would also recommend contacting your hazardous waste inspector and your hazardous materials inspector. There are <br /> still open violations with them.
