It is stated in the
return to compliance certification that a Tier II SPCC plan is being created for the site. If the facility has a capacity of over
10,000 gallons a Tier II plan would not be adequate and a Professional Engineer certified plan will be needed. Once the
plan is completed, forward a copy for review.
Violation#4010 -CERS has not been updated with required information. 2/13/2018 is the last submittal received from
the facility.
I would also suggest getting in contact with your hazardous waste inspector and hazardous materials inspector. I noticed
there are still open violations for those programs.
Feel free to contact me with any questions.
FREE classes presented by NES Inc. are available to all San Joaquin County Hazardous Waste, Underground Storage Tank,
and Aboveground Petroleum Storage Facility Business Owners and Operators. List and schedule of classes can be found
here.
Thank you,
Cesar Ruvalcaba
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Environmental Health Specialist
1868 East Hazelton Ave
Stockton, CA 95205
(209) 953-62131 A (209) 464-01381 2 cruvalcaba@sicehd.com g
Urev
ANPWOUIN
—CC)uNTv—
From: Neal Vojtkofsky<VojtkofskyN@tci-leasing.com>
Sent: Monday, November 26, 2018 12:47 PM
To: Cesar Ruvalcaba [EH] <cruvalcaba@sjcehd.com>
Subject:TCI Stockton -correction letter
i
