This has proven to be more <br /> difficult than anticipated and is taking much longer than we hoped it would. <br /> We expect to have all of this fully addressed within the next 90 days. <br /> We continue to rely on the language from the agencies Return to Compliance Certification that reads: <br /> "A statement documenting what corrective actions were taken or will be taken for each <br /> violation..." This language is repeated in paragraph 3 of your letter dated July 8 2019. <br /> Although we haven't completed our planed corrective actions as of yet, our statements in the <br /> attached, stands. As such listing our facility status as non-compliant seems unwarranted. <br /> When we have fully addressed the open items, how should we communicate such to the agency? <br /> Please advise.
