If the liquid in the buckets is determined to be a hazardous waste,a temporary ID can be
obtained from here. The waste can be taken to the County Household Hazardous Waste facility, information can be
found here. Keep in mind that an appointment needs to be made and the disposal records need to be kept.
For APSA/SPCC,if the facility achieves an aggregate storage capacity of 10,000 gallons or less the a tier II template needs
to be completed for the facility's SPCC plan. The template can be found here.
FREE classes presented by NES Inc. are available to all San Joaquin County Hazardous Waste, Underground Storage Tank,
and Aboveground Petroleum Storage Facility Business Owners and Operators. List and schedule of classes can be found
here.
Thankyou,
Cesar Ruvalcaba
San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department
Environmental Health Specialist
1868 East Haulton Ave
Stockton,CA 95205
$ (209) 953-62131 A (209) 464-01381 ® cruvalcabaPsicehd.com
SAN JOAQUIN
—COUNTY—
Greenness grows here,
From:Cesar Ruvalcaba [EH]
Sent: Wednesday,October 17,2018 11:16 AM
To: Phamilton(a@calfrei¢ht.com
Cc: iazevedo@calfreiaht.com
Subject:APSA/SPCC inspection report-19501 N H WY 99-PR0529459
4
