E,Street, Stockton <br /> LOP Site Code: 1555 P <br /> APN: 15318001 <br /> CVRWQCB Case # 390589 <br /> 10/20/86 ' On this date two 5000 gallon diesel underground storage tanks (USTs) (UST A <br /> and B or UST 3 and 4) and a 1000 gallon waste oil UST (UST.0 or UST 1) were <br /> removed under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department <br /> (EHD). Soil samples collected beneath all three UST had contamination. <br /> 12/09/86 - During this time 16 soil borings (.B1 through B16) were drilled and monitoring h <br /> 03/06/87 wells MW 1, MW2; and MW3 were installed in three of the boreholes. <br /> 04/27/87 Date of"Soil and Groundwater.Assessment' report that discusses the installation <br /> of B1 through B1.6 and conversion of three of the borings to MW1 through MW3. <br /> i <br /> 0919-11187 Monitoring wells MW4 and MW5 were installed on these dates. <br /> 09/15/87 Excavation of contaminated soil in the area of the three UST removed in 1986 <br /> 09/30/87 occurred during this time. The final excavation was 47.feet by 25 feet and was 38 <br /> feet deep. Soil samples were collected from the sidewalls. MW1 was damaged <br /> and MW2 was destroyed during the excavation work.' 1700 cubic yards of soil <br /> was excavated and aerated on site. Piping was placed in the bottom of the <br /> excavation with risers°for potential vapor extraction use. <br /> .12129/87 Date that EHD received a "Report" on the excavation and aeration of soils, <br /> installation of MVI/ 1 through MW5 and damage to MW and destruction of MW2. <br /> 01/06/88 On-this date an unauthorized release.report was filed for the contamination found <br /> in 1986. <br /> 08/.11/88 On this date a 10,000 gallon gasoline UST (UST D or UST 2)was removed <br /> under permit and inspection-of EHD. One-of the soii'samples collected beneath <br /> this tank had contamination. <br /> 09/29/88 Soil was excavated at the location of former UST-D on this date. Soil samples <br /> collected at--20 to 25 feet were non-detect. <br /> 10115188 . Date of results of sampling after 9129188 excavation. ` <br /> 08/15/89 Site was placed in the Local Oversight Program on this date. Previous work was <br /> overseen by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> (CVRWQCB). <br /> 03119-23190 Installation of MW9, MW10, and MW11 .(screened 50 -- 90 feet) and BH-1 were <br /> completed during this time. <br /> 04/25/90 Date of the report on installation of MW9 through MW11 and BH1. <br />
