Chronology %No,, %Wv� Page 3 <br /> 103 E Street, Tracy <br /> 03/23/99 On this date two 20,000 gallon diesel USTs 5 and 6 and a 12,000 gallon gasoline <br /> UST 8 were removed under EHD permit and inspection. The soil samples <br /> beneath the USTs were non-detect but samples beneath the dispensers had <br /> MTBE. <br /> 04/22/99 On this date the dispenser area for the USTs removed in March 1999 was over- <br /> excavated. Soil confirmation results were non-detect for MTBE. 700 cubic yards <br /> of soil were to be transported to 29099 S. MacArthur Rd., Tracy for treatment <br /> according to May 21, 1999 report. <br /> 05/11/99 The date of the "Underground Storage Tank Removal and Confirmation Soil <br /> Sampling" that discussed the March and April 1999 work. <br /> 09/10/99 One soil boring (B17) near MW14 was completed on this date. <br /> 11/01/99 The date of the "Confirmation Soil Boring and Site Closure Report" that <br /> discussed the results from B17 and estimated petroleum hydrocarbon mass <br /> residual. <br /> 02/14/00 On this date monitoring wells MW3, MW4, MWS, MW9, MW10, MW11 and <br /> MW 12 were destroyed. <br /> 10/24/00 A 2000 gallon waste oil UST 7 was removed on this date under EHD permit and <br /> inspection. Based on soil sample results no further investigation was required. <br /> 11/11/04 On this date bio-venting began in AS1 which was modified for bio-venting instead <br /> of air sparging. <br /> 01125-29106 Nine CPTs (CPT 1 — 9)were advanced and groundwater samples collected <br /> during this time. <br /> 04/25/06 The date of the "Site Conceptual Model and Subsurface Investigation Report" <br /> that discusses the January 2006 work. <br /> 1016-9106 Four CPTs (CPT 10 — 14) were advanced and groundwater samples collected <br /> during this time. <br /> 01/25/07 Date of"Site Conceptual Model Update and Subsurface Investigation Report" <br /> that discusses the October 2006 work. <br /> 12113-20107 Installation of monitoring wells MW15 — 17 (screened from 55 to 75 feet) and MW <br /> 18 (screened from 83 to 93 feet) occurred during this time. <br /> 02/28/08 The date of the "Well Installation And Site Conceptual Model Update" that <br /> discusses the December 2007 work. <br /> 08/26/09 The date of the "Addendum to Site Conceptual Model and Environmental Case <br /> Closure Request". <br /> 09/16/09 On this date the EHD discussed closure of the site with the CVRWQCB. <br />
