Street
Stockton, California
OBJECTIVE OF INVESTIGATION:
Continue investigation of groundwater gasoline contamination,::
to develop a recovery plan, and to detecting the limits of
contamination,
INVESTIGATION TO DATE
J.H. Kleinfelder prepared a report dated April 27, 1987,
`: following their investigation in which a total of 16 borings were
made, see attached drawing from that report, Plates 2 and 53.
Three borings were converted to monitor wells MW-1, 14W-2 d
i4W-3 All- three wells skioc+ ontam'nation anal; sh&-,'.that, the water,
i table slopes .,to .the southe4z:Rt "_while the_-,regional water. One
is planned to the northeast, one to the northwest, and one in the
+ street to the south. Plate No. 2 shows tK- proposed monitor well
locations.
The well in the street will require an encroachment permit
from the. City of Stockton. This permit will require about two
months to issue. We would proceed with the other two wells at
this time and use the existing well to determine groundwater
slope.
ai
A, s.
