One <br /> is planned to the northeast, one to the northwest, and one in the <br /> + street to the south. Plate No. 2 shows tK- proposed monitor well <br /> locations. <br /> The well in the street will require an encroachment permit <br /> from the. City of Stockton. This permit will require about two <br /> months to issue.
