Environmental Health <br /> (Appendix D) . The field work consisted generally of: <br /> 1) Drilling three bore holes and converting them into monitor <br /> wells. The location of these wells MW 9, 10 and 11 are shown <br /> on the Site Plan (Plate No. 2). <br /> ' 2) Soil samples from the bore holes were to be taken every five <br /> feet for soil logging. Soil samplers were to be analyzed-for <br /> TPH, and BTX & E, starting at 30 feet deep. <br /> 3) After the bore holes were converted to monitor wells, water <br /> samples were to be analyzed for TPH & BTX & E. <br /> Bore-Rales/Monitor Tel1�(MW 2. 101 & 1il <br /> 1) Tnree bore holes, using 8" augers were drilled using a CME- <br /> 550 drill furnished by All Terrain. Soil samples were taken <br /> every 5 feet of depth using a modified California sampler. <br /> After soil sampling, bore hole/:,W 11 was redrilled`using a 12" <br /> t auger. Four-inch well screen and casing was installed. Two-inch,- <br /> well screen and casing was installed in FEW 9 & 10.
