Vapor Monitoring and Sampling
During the test, air samples from the exhaust of the blower will be monitored for VOC
by Hexane-calibrated FID. Ambient air will also be sampled in accordance with Health
and Safety Plan included as Appendix C.
1
Two samples will be collected for laboratory analysis of TPH as gasoline and BTEX as
ppmv. The samples will be collected in one L Tedlar Bags for transport to the Air
Toxics analytical laboratory located in Sacramento, California.
1 3.4 Assessment Generated Materials Handlinct Plan
Approximately two cubic yards of drill cuttings may be generated by the soil boring.
The cuttings will be temporarily contained in DOT-17H drums. Groundwater generated
during well development and purging will be temporarily contained in 55-gallon DOT
17H drums. Lawful disposal of assessment generated materials will be finalized
based on the analytical results of soil and groundwater samples from the well and
boring.
3.5 Project Contacts
A.
