Monitoring Date: July 26, 1993 N
2. Field Measurements: See attached data forms.
3.Groundwater Flow Direction (Table 1 and Figure 1): northeast 4.Hydraulic Gradient: 0.002
5. Comments: Direction of groundwater flow historically variable but predominantly northeast;prior to fourth quarter 1992
monitoring event,dl rection of flow was southeast.
GROUNDWATER ANALYTICAL RESULTS
1.Groundwater Monitoring Well Sampling Frequency(by quell): All wells:quarterly.
2.Analytical Results: Summarized in Table 2;certified analytical reports attached.
3. Comments: Petroleum hydrocarbon concentrations detected are similar to historical analytical results.
CONCLUSIONSIRECOMMENDATIONSICOMMENTS
Continue quarterly groundwater monitoring;design, construct, and install soil vapor extraction system.
Impacted soil cuttings generated during the Installation of monitoring wall MWA 3 were 11 remed ated and igpr ad on an
unpaved portion of the site. It is our understanding that no furthee actiori'regardingsoil remediation is required and that
the San Joaquin County Department of Public Health Services considers this issue closed.
LIMrTATIONS
The services described in this report were performed consistent with generally accepted professional consulting
principles and practices.
