Teichert and Son, Inc. Facility, Located at 103 North <br /> E. Street, Stockton, California <br /> Dear Mr. Knoll: <br /> On behalf of A. Teichert and Son, Inc. (Teichert), Stratus Environmental Inc. (Stratus) <br /> has prepared this final site closure report for the Teichert facility located at 103 North E. <br /> Street, Stockton, California (Figure 1). This report supercedes all previous site closure <br /> reports submitted to date (August 15, 1996, November 16, 1998, April 30, 1999, and <br /> November 1, 1999). <br /> Following the review of correspondence from Teichert dated November 30, 2000, the <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) <br /> issued a directive dated December 1, 2000 to submit a Final Closure Report including <br /> maps, tabular data summaries, and concentration contours per State of California <br /> guidance. This closure report has been prepared in accordance with the State of <br /> California, Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB) "Appendix <br /> B" Tri-Re ional Recommendations Checklist of Required Data for Closure o <br /> Under round Tank Sites. <br /> Well Surve <br /> Distance from production wells for municipal, domestic, agriculture, industrial and other <br /> uses within 2000 feet of the site were reported in Emcon's Second Quarter 1996 Status, <br /> and Closure Roo dated August 15, 1996. This report was submitted to PHS/EHD and <br /> the RWQCB. A water supply well search covering a %z mile radius from the site located <br /> three industrial, three domestic, two municipal and one "unknown" use wells. All water <br /> supply wells located were in excess of 1,200 feet from the subject site. Information <br /> regarding these wells are presented in Table 1 (Summary of Well Data) and their location <br /> is shown on Figure 1 (Site Location Map) attached. <br />
