The <br /> report for "First Quarter 1993" due April 15, 1993 has not been received. You must perform quarterly <br /> monitoring and submit reports within fifteen (15) days of the quarter's end. Schedule sampling events with <br /> Michael Infurna with at least a 48 hour confirmed appointment. <br /> Currently this site is seeking eligibility. for reimbursement with the Underground Tank Cleanup Fund. <br /> Eligibility for this fund.is partially dependent upon compliance with directives issued by PHS/EHD.
