PHS/EHD considers this <br /> recently submitted report; as the, "Problem Assessment Report" <br /> (PAR) and as such is concerned that without recommendations for <br /> future work, steps towards continued investigative or remediative <br /> alternatives are not being considered for our review. <br /> In addition, PHS/EHD hastreceived the fourth complaint from <br /> citizens living and workj.`:zig near the site that the stockpiled <br /> contaminated soil is uncovered and unmaintained. <br /> I; <br /> The Trust is hereby directed to submit to PHS/EHD the missing <br /> items as referenced above along with a proposal to provide <br /> maintenance of the stockpiled soil to prevent exposure to the <br /> nearby business and residents byJune 1, 1992 . <br /> At this time, a survey of; wells within 2000 feet of the site <br /> should be conducted and included' in the sampling of the closest <br /> wells to determine if contamination has reached them. <br /> Ij <br /> 4 <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County HcWth fare Services �� <br />
