This notification directed your <br /> client to conduct an environmental investigation to determine the <br /> lateral and vertical extent of contamination along with a proposal <br /> for remediation of soil and groundwater impacted as a result of the <br /> catastrophic release of. petroleum products from your client's <br /> underground storage tanks. <br /> As of this date, we have not received your work plan, only the <br /> Letter of Acknoraledgment- dated May 3, 1991. <br /> You are hereby directed to submit to PHS/EHD a work plan within 30 <br /> days from the date of this letter.
