This resolution directs the Regional Water Boards and LOP (Local
Oversight Program) agencies that oversee the UST (underground storage tank) Clean Up
Program to reduce quarterly groundwater monitoring requirements to semi-annual or less
frequent monitoring at all sites unless site-specific needs warrant otherwise.
The above subject site is currently listed with the San Joaquin County Environmental
Health Department (EHD) LOP program. This letter is to inform you that per SWRCB
resolution #2009-0042, you are to reduce sampling of all monitoring wells currently on a
quarterly sampling schedule to a semi-annual schedule.
In EHD correspondence dated May 13, 2009, you were requested to submit a No Further
Action Request/Report (NFAR) by June 15, 2009. A search of documents on the
Geotracker database revealed that this document has not been submitted. If the NFAR is
not submitted during the third quarter 2009, semi-annual sampling of the ground water
monitoring wells must resume during the fourth quarter, 2009.
If you have any question , please call Michael Infurna at(209)468-3454.
Gr"'`
Michael J.
