I <br /> PIN <br /> EWorking to Restore Nature <br /> 1710 Main Street OCT 14 1992 <br /> Escalon, CA 95320 ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> Phone (209)838-3507 P����Tf����VIC�� <br /> FAX (209)838-3509 <br /> October 12, 1992 <br /> Mr Michael Infurna <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services <br /> Environmental Health Division <br /> P O Box 2009 <br /> Stockton, CA 95021 <br /> RE Third Quarter 1992, Monitoring and Sampling Report, Reeves Exxon"2360 East <br /> St , Tracy, California <br /> Dear Mr Infurna <br /> 0 This letter reports the results of third quarter 1992, groundwater monitoring and sampling at the <br /> referenced site (Figure 1) <br /> On September 28, 1992, depth to water data measurements were collected from wells MW1, <br /> MW2, and MW3 (Table 1) Groundwater elevation dropped an average of 0 18 feet since last <br /> measured in June 1992 Figure 2 depicts the groundwater gradient, which is consistent with <br /> June 1992 and December 1991 direction and magnitude Groundwater flows to the northeast <br /> at a magnitude of�0 005 feet per foot or 28 feet per mile Monitoring data is included in <br /> Attachment 1 <br /> After purging a minimum of three casing volumes of groundwater and the stabilization of <br /> temperature, pH and EC, samples were collected from each well in accordance with RESNA <br /> Industries' Well Monitoring Protocol Samples were analyzed by RESNA Environmental <br /> Laboratories (DHS Cert #1211) for benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylenes (BTEX) and total <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline and diesel (TPHG & D) by EPA methods 8020 and <br /> 503018015, respectively <br /> Low levels of gasoline hydrocarbons were detected in wells MWI and MW2 Petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons as diesel were not detected above method reporting limits in these wells No <br /> petroleum hydrocarbon analytes were detected in MW3 Table 2 summarizes analytical data <br /> Laboratory data sheets and chain-of-custody documentation are included in Attachment 2 <br /> QR101292 MRM <br />
