INTRODUCTION <br /> This document describes the health and safety procedures for the <br /> activities planned in performing an Environmental Investigation <br /> caused by the Underground Storage Tank (UST) removal at 405 North <br /> Edison Street Stockton California 95201. All personnel and <br /> subcontractors will follow this; plan. The prime responsibility for <br /> employee safety lies with each company that is involved in the work <br /> for it's own employees. It is :expressly intended that all project <br /> work will comply with applicable sections of the California <br /> Occupational Health and Safety''code. All parties working on this <br /> project will maintain a general responsibility to identify and <br /> correct any health and safety hazards and are responsible for <br /> working in a safe manner. All "ersonnel workers or visitors will <br /> read and sign this document prior to coming on site.. <br /> f 2. PERSONNEL RESPONSIBILITY <br /> Project personnel who will have- overall responsibility for the safe <br /> operation of this are: <br /> Site Contact: John N. Alt, CEG.
