REPORTING Upon completion of the field activities and receipt of the piezometer location survey and laboratory analytical data, a report of findings will be prepared for client and agency review. The report will include: • Copies of SJCEHD permits obtained for the piezometer installation; • A description of the field activities, observations, and protocols; • Piezometer location survey data and a graphical representation of piezometer locations; • Lithologic logs and piezometer construction diagrams; i • Field logs for piezometer development, documenting depth to groundwater, parameters measured before, during, and after purging, method of purging, calculation of the casing volume, and total volume of water purged; • Tabulated results of the groundwater sample analyses with copies of the sampling field logs, certified analytical laboratory results and chain-of custody documentation; • Description and documentation of QA/QC procedures employed; and Kleinfelder's conclusions and recommendations based on the data acquired. tOn an approximate monthly basis a brief letter report will be submitted to the client documenting the groundwater elevations noted during the monitoring period and any conditions that might interfere with the collection of the data (e.g. damaged piezometers). All information gathered by Kleinfelder is considered confidential and will be released only upon written authorization from the client or as required by law. California law requires a person to inform the state if a situation is encountered that can be considered an immediate endangerment to the public's health or welfare and/or to the environment.
