HWY 99 in Stockton. I've attached a
copy of the inspection report. Violations 611, 618, 710, &712 are still open. Here is what I need to close those out:
611-A 55 gallon drum of oily liquid was observed near the 12,000 gallon tank. If this drum is no longer there please send
a statement stating that or provide a copy of the amended SPCC plan that includes this drum with a description of
potential equipment failure.
618-For the same drum above, if it is no longer there please send a statement of that or send in a monthly inspection
form to show that this drum is being inspected.
710-For the 12,000 gallon tank test results it said under Requirements for Continued Service: "Inspection &
documentation of the cracks in the concrete slab under the tank need to be maintained and monitored for any change in
width, length or severity. "Safe Filling Level" labels need to be installed on all applicable portions of the tank." Please
provide proof that these two items are completed.
i
