Box 388 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201-0388 <br /> Extension Request <br /> Second Quarter 1995 Groundwater Sampling Activities <br /> King Island Resort <br /> 11530 West Eight Mile Road , Stockton <br /> Dear Mr. Infurna: <br /> Per a recent telephone conversation, this correspondence is submitted on behalf of King Island <br /> Resort/Westrec Marinas to request a brief extension to perform Second Quarter groundwater <br /> monitoring activities at the subject site. Second Quarter activities were to include measuring <br /> depth to water in all site wells, installation and development of a replacement well for MW4 , <br /> and regularly scheduled sampling of well MW6. <br /> Recent personnel changes at Westrec Marinas have delayed the execution of a performance <br /> contract between Westrec Marinas and Smith Environmental Technologies Corporation (Smith <br /> Environmental) . Westrec Marinas anticipates executing the contract in short order.
