(RESNA) is in receipt of your correspondence addressed to Ms. Yvonne Mabee of PS Marinas, dated December 14 , 1992 , regarding the above referenced site. This letter is submitted in response to your comments regarding the status of the site' s monitoring and reporting program . Specifically , you expressed concern over the failure to submit the "First Quarter 1992 " monitoring report as directed in San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) correspondence dated August 6, 1992; and the late submittal of other monitoring reports . In a telephone conversation on Juiy 7 , 1992 , ivls. Tina J-.e Page of RESNA informed Mr. Michael Infurna of PHS/EHD that no First Quarter 1992 monitoring report was submitted due j to inactivity on the project. It was conveyed to Mr. Infurna that groundwater monitoring and sampling had occurred during the second quarter of 1992 and the resultant report would be forthcoming . It was the impression of Ms. Le Page that Mr. Infurna understood and would await submittal of the Second Quarter 1992 report. This correspondence will serve as documentation that no site activities occurred during the first quarter of 1992 and , therefore, no monitoring report was submitted for that period. Since the inception of quarterly groundwater monitoring in October 1991 , RESNA has submitted quarterly reports on December 6, 1991 (Fourth Quarter 1991 ) , July 7 , 1992 (Second Quarter 1992) , and October 26 , 1992 (Third Quarter 1992) .
