Section 1 . 2 of the report titled <br /> "Background" stated that in March 1999, Pile Construction removed two underground storage <br /> tanks from the site and installed one split aboveground storage tank (AST) containing diesel and <br /> gasoline along with the product lines from the AST location to the fuel dispensers located on the <br /> dock. ATC was informed by King Island Resort that the split AST contains premium gasoline <br /> and regular gasoline.
