Eight Mile Road and found some repairs that need to
be addressed . They are as followed :
MW-6 and MW-11 : Trip hazard due to ground settling.
MW-2 : Loose annual seal and waterfound in well box.
MW-4f.Loose annual seal .
MW-13 : Well box has shifted causing the well casing to shift as well.
47 Q, 00
The 55 gallon wastewater drums on site have not been disposed of. The dates on the drums range from 2/21/14-
4/30/14, which are well over the 90-day permitted time to be on the site. Please address all maintenance and repairs
issues at your earliest convenience. Please include the manifest for the wastewater disposal in your next groundwater
monitoring report and obtain well repair permit from our department.
Thanks
Angelica
Angelica Sandoval Marin, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County, Environmental Health Department
1868 E.
