Water levels dropped an average of 0.84 feet <br /> since June 1994 Groundwater flows to theortr�t away from the slough, with a gradient of <br /> approximately 0 057 feet/foot. A groundwater gradient map for September 1, 1994 is shown <br /> on Plate 2. <br /> A RESNA technician collected groundwater samples from wells MW1 and MW6 in <br /> accordance with the field methods outlined in Attachment 1 Field purge logs are included in <br /> Attachment 2. <br /> Samples were analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons as diesel (TPHd) and benzene, <br /> toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylenes (BTEX) using EPA Methods 8015 modified and 8020, <br /> respectively. No petroleum hydrocarbon constituents were detected in well MW1 or MW6 <br /> The approximate extent of dissolved contaminants in groundwater beneath the site is shown on <br /> Plate 3 Analytical results are summarized in Table 2.
