A S S O C I A T E S I N C <br /> accuracy of 0 01 feet and the wells will be sampled with a clear bailer (or measured with an <br /> interface probe) in order to inspect the well for the presence of floating hydrocarbons <br /> Each monitoring well will be slowly purged a minimum of three well volumes Temperature, pH, <br /> water elevation, and electric conductivity will be measured and allowed to stabilize prior to <br /> sampling the wells If the well is evacuated prior to the removal of three to five well volumes, a <br /> sample will be collected when the water level is sufficient to provide a representative sample (i e , <br /> return to 80% or more of static water level) Water samples will be collected using disposable <br /> bailers, one dedicated to each well <br /> Groundwater samples collected from the new monitoring wells will be submitted using chain-of- <br /> custody record to a State-certified laboratory for analysis Groundwater samples, eight total, will <br /> be analyzed for TPHg, TPHd, BTEX, and oxygenate fuel additives Purge water will be stored <br /> on site in 55-gallon drums approved for hazardous liquid storage pending laboratory analysis <br /> Report Preparation <br /> Upon completion of all field activities, a summary report will be prepared for submittal to <br /> PHS/EHD ATC will prepare a report that will include a description of all field activities, <br /> laboratory analytical results, boring logs, and recommendations <br /> All work described in this workplan will be performed under the direction of a California <br /> Registered Professional Engineer A completed Site Safety Plan and a Quality Control/Quality <br /> Assurance Plan is currently on file with PHS/EHD All fieldwork will be completed in accordance <br /> with these plans <br /> Projected Schedule <br /> Once PHS/EHD approval of this workplan has been received, ATC will obtain the necessary <br /> permit from the Reclamation District, and schedule drilling activities The drilling will be <br /> completed in one day ATC will notify PHS/EHD at least 48 hours prior to beginning any field <br /> activities The summary report will be submitted to PHS/EHD approximately four to five weeks <br /> after the completion of field activities <br /> v0625141reporft\% p don 5 <br />
