By 28 May 2004,please submit a feasibility study(FS) <br /> report detailing field activities and testing results. The FS report should be prepared in general <br /> accordance with the attached Items To Be Included In A Feasibility Study/Remedial Options Evaluation <br /> Report. <br /> By 28 May 2004, H&H Marina must begin interim remedial measures as proposed in the <br /> 12 September 2003 Interim Remediation Work Plan—September 2003. If a National Pollutant <br /> Discharge Elimination System or Waste Discharge Requirements permit is needed to implement the <br /> interim remedial measure,H&H Marina must submit Form 200 and all necessary information to <br /> Regional Board staff no later than 16 January 2004.
