Regional Board staff concurs with the Work Plan provided that no water is discharged to the land or surface water without the appropriate permit. By 28 May 2004,please submit a feasibility study(FS) report detailing field activities and testing results. The FS report should be prepared in general accordance with the attached Items To Be Included In A Feasibility Study/Remedial Options Evaluation Report. By 28 May 2004, H&H Marina must begin interim remedial measures as proposed in the 12 September 2003 Interim Remediation Work Plan—September 2003. If a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System or Waste Discharge Requirements permit is needed to implement the interim remedial measure,H&H Marina must submit Form 200 and all necessary information to Regional Board staff no later than 16 January 2004.
