In Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central
Valley Region (Central Valley Water Board) staff's 28 March 2013 letter, you were
required to continue quarterly groundwater sampling at your site and submit the
monitoring report by 30 June 2013. To date, it does not appear that the sampling was
conducted nor has the monitoring report been submitted. At this time, you are in
violation of Central Valley Water Board staff's directive to continue groundwater
monitoring and submit the required report. Therefore, you are to conduct first quarter
2014 groundwater sampling and submit the monitoring report by 30 April 2014. Failure
to comply with this directive could result in a recommendation for formal enforcement .
If you have any questions, please contact me at (916) 464-4728 or via email at
msmith@waterboards.ca.gov
MICHAEL SMITH l
Environmental Scientist
cc: Ms. Adrienne Ellsaesser, San Joaquin Environmental Health Dept., Stockton
Mr. Arthur Deicke, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc., Stockton
KAOL E.
