Quarterly Report - Second Quarter 2011 <br /> H & H MARINA aka HERMAN AND HELEN'S MARINA <br /> 15135 West Eight Mile Road, Stockton, California <br /> 1.0. INTRODUCTION <br /> At the request of Mr. David Johnson of Delta Transport, Inc. dba Herman and Helen's <br /> Marina, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) has prepared this report of <br /> environmental activities conducted at 15135 West Eight Mile Road, Stockton, California <br /> (site). The scope of work included a quarterly ground water monitoring event and <br /> preparation of this report. The site and the surrounding area are illustrated on Figure 1. <br /> Structures, monitoring well and surface sampling locations are illustrated on Figure 2. <br /> Construction details for the site well network is summarized in Table 1. Site background <br /> information is included as Appendix A. <br /> Water monitoring was conducted and this report was prepared in accordance with the <br /> California Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley Region (Regional Board) <br /> Monitoring and Reporting Program No. R5-2009-0883, dated 24 August 2009 (MRP) and <br /> guidelines established by Regional Board for sampling ground water monitoring wells. <br /> 2.0. PROCEDURES <br /> On 29 and 30 June 2011, a quarterly ground water monitoring event was conducted at the <br /> site. Depth to water measurements were collected from wells MW-2 through MW-12, <br /> MW-13 and ground water extraction well EW-1 on 29 June 2011; depth to water in well <br /> MW-14 was measured on 30 June 2011 as well MW-14 was not accessible on the <br /> previous day. In accordance with the MRP, ground water samples were collected from <br /> wells MW-2, MW-4, MW-5, and EW-1. Surface sampling points DDN and DDS were found <br /> to be dry and were not sampled during this monitoring event. <br /> Ground water monitoring was performed in accordance with AGE's standard monitoring <br /> and sampling procedures(Appendix B); no otherexceptions toAGE's standard procedures <br /> were noted during this quarters monitoring event. Field data and logs are provided in <br /> Appendix C. <br /> 3.0. FINDINGS <br /> The ground water elevation, flow direction, gradient and contaminant impact to ground <br /> water were determined from field data collected on 29 and 30 June 2011. The following is <br /> a summary of findings from the second quarter 2011 ground water monitoring event: <br /> • During the 29 June 2011 monitoring event the depth to ground water ranged from <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
