' CONDOR EARTH TECHNOLOGIES,INC. HEALTH AND SAFETY PROCEDURES ' For Herman & Helen's Marina ' Venice Island Ferry Stockton, California ' San Joaquin County ' Condor Earth Technologies, Inc. (Condor) has adopted the following health and safety procedures for working with organic vapors and liquid contaminants encountered during investigative drilling and sampling operations. ' The drilling will be performed by Spectrum Exploration of Stockton, California. Spectrum personnel will be responsible for adhering to standard safety procedures during all drilling activities. ' All work will be done in accordance with current OSHA regulations and all personnel working within the exclusion zone will have completed a 40-hour OSHA training course and be current with required refresher courses. A tailgate safety meeting will be held prior to commencement of work each day and a site-specific Health and Safety Plan will be discussed with and presented to all crew members for their signatures. 1.0 - SITE ACCESS ' Access to the project site shall be limited by the site perimeter (minimum of 20 feet). In no case shall the exclusion zone for all non-authorized personnel be less than 20 feet from the borehole location. No smoking will be allowed in the exclusion zone. 2.0 - SITE MANAGER ' The site manager shall coordinate all activities of equipment and personnel at the project site. Site manager responsibilities will include the following: ' a. Limiting access within the site perimeter to authorized personnel. b. Providing written log of on-site activities and events. C. On-site containment of potentially contaminated drill cuttings and water. ' d. Monitoring ambient air vapor concentrations on the site perimeter. ' e. Notification of regulatory agencies during emergency procedures. f. Enforcement of site safety precautions.
