The report pertains to Union Pacific Railroad's (UPRR) <br /> Report of Violations letter received from your office dated <br /> February 22 , 1993 . The enclosed report specifically addresses <br /> Section 25189 . 5, of the California Health and Safety Code. <br /> The information presented in the report present the results <br /> of soil and groundwater sampling which have been performed for <br /> UPRR at the Rail Yard Facility. From the information presented <br /> in the report, UPRR proposes to take no further corrective <br /> action.
