ELDORADO ST., STOCKTON <br /> EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: <br /> MODIFICATION: CHANGE N10NITORING FREQUENCY REQUIREMENT'S OF THE EXISTING PERMIT � <br /> CONDITIONS <br /> 1 - Particulate matter emissions shall not exceed 0.1 grainsldscf in concentration. <br /> ? - Particulate matter emissions from any combustion source shall not exceed 0.1 grainsldscf (calculated <br /> to I-'% carbon dioxide). <br /> 3 - No air contaminant shall be released into the atmosphere which causes a public nuisance. <br /> 4 - The thermal oxidizer and carbon adsorption systems shall be in proper working order at all times. <br /> 5 - The VOC emissions shall be vented through a thermal oxidizer. The thermal oxidizer may be replaced <br /> with a carbon adsorption system provided that the influent hydrocarbon concentration into the soil <br /> remediation equipment is at or below 500 ppm. <br /> 6 - The influent hvdrocarbon concentration and emissions from the thermal oxidizer shall be measured <br /> three times a day for at least 15 minutes for each sampling, once each week. <br /> 7 - The influent hvdrocarbon concentration and emissions from the carbon adsorption system shad be <br /> measured three times a day for at least 15 minmutes for each sampling, once every two weeks. <br /> (CON DITIONS C0NTII',7UE ONT THE NEXT PATE) <br /> This is NOT a PERMIT TO OPERATE. Approval or denial of a PERMIT TO OPERATE will be made atter an insouction <br /> to verify that the equipment has been constructed in accordance with the approved plans, specifications and conditions of this <br /> Authorav to Construct, and to determine if the equipment can be operated in compliance with all Rules and Reiuiations of <br /> the San Joaquin Valley Unified Air Pollution Control District. PLEASE NOTIFY THE DISTRICT COMPLIANCE DIVISION <br /> AT (2-09) 545-7000 WHEN CONSTRUCTION OF THE EQUIPMENT IS COMPLETED. Unless construction has commenced <br /> pursuant to Rule 2050, this Authority to Construct shall expire and the application shall be canceled two years from the date of <br /> issuance.
