v <br /> 'Wool, %VOf <br /> all times. A pretreatment system maintenance schedule <br /> shall be submitted with each wastewater discharge <br /> application. All maintenance records for pretreatment <br /> equipment shall be kept and available to the City. The <br /> City may require that when necessary for the safe and <br /> proper operation of pretreatment equipment that the <br /> permittee shall provide all necessary training and <br /> education to permittee's pretreatment plant operators. At <br /> a minimum, educational training shall include: <br /> 1. General principles of pretreatment equipment <br /> operation. <br /> 2. Basic understanding of the mathematics relating to <br /> pretreatment equipment. <br /> 3 . Understanding of basic sampling on monitoring <br /> techniques. <br /> 4 . Basic knowledge of the regulations and limits <br /> governing the regulations for wastestream type being <br /> discharged. <br /> 5. Proper safety procedures. <br /> 6 . Basic knowledge of hazardous waste labeling and <br /> storage. <br /> Documentation of all training and education provided shall <br /> be kept and made available to the City. <br /> 26. The terms and conditions of this permit may be subject to <br /> modification by the City of Stockton during the term of <br /> this permit as limitations or requirements are identified <br /> or other just cause. The permittee shall be informed of <br /> any proposed changes at least 30 days prior to the <br /> effective date of change. Compliance with any changes or <br /> new conditions in this permit shall be concluded within 90 <br /> days following the effective date of change. <br /> 27. If any provision if this permit or the application to any <br /> person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder of <br /> this permit or the application of such provisions to other <br /> persons or other circumstances shall not be affected. <br /> 28 • The remedies provided for in this permit shall be <br /> cumulative and not exclusive, and shall be in addition to <br /> any and all other remedies available to the City <br /> -6- <br />
