City of Stockton <br /> Self-Monitoring Sample Program { <br /> 2 . Permittee shall send reports om!a monthly basis The reports <br /> must be submitted to the City of Stockton Environmental Control <br /> Section no later than the 10th day of the following month for which <br /> monitoring was conducted. <br /> 3 . Permittee shall immediately cease discharging all flow to the <br /> sanitary sewer upon the occurrence of an LEL meter reading equal or <br /> greater than 10% LEL. The permitteei shall sample for TPH and ETX <br /> after an LEL reading equal or greater than 10% LEL. Permittee must <br /> take a grab sample for TPH and BTXE prior to commencing any <br /> discharge to the sewer. These samples snail be in addition: to <br /> normal monthly monitoring samples. LEL meters shall `be calibrated <br /> at a minium of twice per year. <br /> 4 . The permittee shall perform the City of Stockton, Vepartment of <br /> Municipal Utilities, Quality Assurance Manual for Se if-`Zor.i`cre.? <br /> Industries in conjunction with permittee Self-Monitoring Sample <br /> Program. <br /> 5 . The monthly reports shall also include average aallon per <br /> minute flow discharged to the sewerl.and total flow discharged to <br /> the sewer. <br /> 6. Permittee must report any violation(s) to the City of Stockton <br /> Environmental Control Section at (209) 944-8722 within 24 hours of <br /> becoming aware of the violation(s) . ;:The permittee must submit, in <br /> writing, within 5 days of becoming aware of any violation(s) an : <br /> accurate and detailed letter which ' identifies the cause of the f. <br /> violation(s) and all corrective action(s) taken or planned to <br /> eliminate any further excursions. <br /> i <br /> 1 <br /> .�I t <br />
