Elevated samples will be analyzed for Total
Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH) by EPA Modified Method 8015 as Motor Oil, Diesel and
Gasoline, and for Benzene, Toluene, Ethyl benzene, and Xylene(BTEX) by EPA method
8020. Once the proposed monitoring well has been installed, and the groundwater levels
have stabilized, groundwater sampling will be conducted. This will include purging at least
three well volumes of groundwater from each well prior to sampling, and taking accurate
measurements of the depth to groundwater in all four wells prior to sampling. Samples will
be analyzed for. TPH by EPA method 8015 as Motor Oil, Diesel, and Gasoline, and for
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) by EPA method 8260.
-
Assessm
At the conclusion of the field work and analytical testing,a written report will be prepared.
The subsurface deport will document the results of the recent data as well as past data
collectedby S&B and others..
