These reports document that;MW-2A/B and MW-7 were over-drilled. Although there is no documentation that an inspector from the EHD was present for the destruction of MW-2A/2B and MW-7, these reports from All Well Abandonment document that the wells have been properly destroyed. Unless the well destruction report, still to be submitted by AGE, indicates a problem, I will pursue this matter no further. Ted said that he only oversaw the destruction of monitoring wells MW-8, MW-9 and MW-10: Ted said that although he signed the final inspection for permit SR#0067161, he did not oversee the well destructions associated with this permit. In question are the well destructions of MW-7 and MW-2A/2B. I have no record that these wells have been destroyed. Without documentation that these wells have been properly destroyed, I can not close this site. I have returned the file.to your desk. When you return from your vacation, will you please look into this matter? Thank you, Johnny.
