Vicki McCartney [EH]
------------
From: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Sent: 'Wednesday, April.17, 2013 4:28 PM
To: 'GeoTracker Help'
Subject: RE: GeoTracker Error-Reference# 1630592966
Brian:
The problem still exists in GeoTracker. I am a caseworker for San Joaquin County L.O.P. I have been
able to link everything according to George Lockwood's email without a problem, excet for Den's Auto
Repair at 308 EI Dorado Street in Stockton, California. The No Further Action Required (NEAR) Report
was submitted on 12/21/12. 1 responded with the 30-day letter to the Regional Board requesting closure
concurrence. I put the response date, 03/07/2013, In GeoTracker, since that was the date the letter was
sent to the Regional Board and I added a comment in GeoTracker. You can see my comments if you
check GeoTracker. I also have linked the letter sent by my agency to the Regional.Board. After doing all
of this, and having a coworker also do this, this site still shows up in the column, titled "No Response in
over 60 days".
Again, I ask for your assistance.
Vicki McCartney, Senior REHS
San Joaquin County
Environmental Health Department
1868 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, California 95205
Phone: (209)468-9852
Email: vmccartneyOc sjcehd.com
t.
From: GeoTracker Help[mailto:geotrackerhelp@ecointeractive.com]
Sent: Tuesday, April 16, 2013 2:12 PM
To: Vicki McCartney [EH]
Cc: GeoTracker Help. .
Subject: RE: GeoTracker Error- Reference #1630592966
We believe we have resolved the issue that was causing the error you received.
We have attached an email from George Lockwood regarding responding to activities. We're
hoping the following part of his email will answer your question regarding the NFAR not showing
up as responded to on the "Agency Response Report":
"It is important to note that sites will not drop off the "Agency Response Report (BETA)"
page until one adds an uploaded document"UPLOAD DOC" or adds a"COMMENT"...
simply putting a response date and eligible for closure does not get a site off the "No
Response" list."
Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
Thank you,
4/17/2013
