If concurrence was received from the SWRCB, the EHD directed that the
findings of the actions directed above be submitted as part of a No Further Action Report
(NFAR) that included Table 1 — Checklist of Required Data for No Further Action Requests at
Underground Tank sites found in Appendix A — Reports Tri-Regional Board Staff
Recommendations for Preliminary Investigation and Evaluation of Underground Tank Sites,
dated 16 April 2004, published by the California Environmental Protection Agency.
To date, the EHD has not received the NFAR nor the information listed in the bulleted items
above. In Groundwater Monitoring Report— First Quarter 2012 (report), dated 19 June 2012,
your consulting firm, Advanced Geo Environmental, Inc. (AGE), notified the EHD that the
SWRCB had allocated $10,000 to this site for the 2011-2012 fiscal year. Due to the lack of
funding, AGE anticipated preparation of the NFAR during the 2012-2013 fiscal year.
It has been over a year since the EHD directed that the NFAR be submitted to this agency.
Considering that the SWRCB has recommended that this site be considered for closure in
i
