i <br /> s <br /> 29 July 2013 <br /> AGE Project No. 95-0135 <br /> Page 3 of 3 <br /> Well destruction debris, soil cuttings/mud, and rinseate were containerized in two 10 yard <br /> disposal. bins and fifteen 55-gallon DOT-approved drums and stored on-site for proper <br /> disposal. Two soil samples were collected from the soil within the bin on 03 June 2013 and <br /> sent to Cal Tech Environmental Laboratories (CTEL), a state-certified laboratory, for soil <br /> profiling analysis. The samples were composited and analyzed for total petroleum <br /> hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPH-g) in accordance with EPA method 8015-modified, <br /> benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and total xylenes (BTEX), five fuel oxygenates and two <br /> fuel additives in accordance.with EPA method 82608, and total lead in accordance with <br /> EPA Method 6010B. <br /> TPH-g, ethylbenzene, and total xylenes were detected at low concentrations in the <br /> composited sample collected from the soil bins. On 13 June 2013, the soil was transported <br /> to Forward Landfill in Manteca, California, under non-hazardous waste manifest. <br /> Additional) on 13 June 2013 fourteen 55-gallon drums of well destruction debris and <br /> Y, 9 <br /> drilling cuttings/mud and one 55-gallon drum of groundwater removed during well <br /> destruction activities were transported and disposed of at Instrat, Inc. in Rio Vista, <br /> California, under non-hazardous waste manifest. The laboratory analytical report (CTEL <br /> Project Number CT214-1306006), quality assurance/quality control report, and chain-of- <br /> custody form are included in Appendix B.
